Spinach and Shrimp Cannelloni

Split New Wave Shrimp® into halves and sautee with olive oil, garlic, chopped onion, spinach and stir in fresh basil, oregano and crushed red pepper. Combine with ricotta cheese to create the cannelloni filling then build with lasagna noodles and top with arrabbita sauce.

This simple yet delicious pan baked creation can be easily scaled for larger volume events.
