Spinach & Shrimp Cannelloni with Arrabbiata Sauce

Split New Wave Shrimp® into halves and sauté with olive oil, garlic, chopped onion, and chopped squeezed spinach. Stir in fresh basil, oregano and crushed red pepper. Combine with cheese to create the cannelloni filling, then build with lasagna noodles and top with arrabbiata sauce.

This delicious pan baked creation can be easily scaled for larger volume events.
